Please note that this clause only applies to goods supplied to you from Mingtianxia manufacturing.

Scope of Services:

During the Warranty Period, the product will be free from faulty parts, manufacturing defects, or workmanship issues under normal use and service conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You have rights and benefits under consumer laws in your jurisdiction. Without detracting from these rights or benefits, Mingtianxia excludes all liability for any other loss not reasonably foreseeable from a product failure.

Types of After-sales Service:

This warranty is valid only for products that are purchased new and unused.

The customer must provide the original proof of purchase, demonstrating compliance with the above conditions to receive any services under this warranty.

This warranty applies only where a defect has arisen wholly or substantially due to faulty manufacture, parts, or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

The Warranty Period for Mingtianxia products are as follows:

Product Warranty Period (12 months from the date of purchase)

All standard Mingtianxia accessories - 12 months

The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:

a) Normal wear and tear

b) Abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions

c) Exposure to liquid (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles

d) Shipment or other transit

This warranty does not cover:

a) Replacement of accessories

b) Repair or replacement of any product damaged during transit to or from Mingtianxia

c) Any loss or consequential damage incurred while the product is being repaired

This warranty is bonded together with any benefits that Mingtianxia may provide to a consumer under statute.

Instructions for making a warranty claim are included.

If the warranty claim is not accepted:

a) Mingtianxia will inform the Customer

b) If requested by the Customer, Mingtianxia will repair the Product, provided the customer pays the standard charges for such repair

c) If applicable, the Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the collection of the Product from Mingtianxia.
